This is the issue plan for the fiscal year 2006, presented at the national level and broken down by months, combining public market offering Local Government Bonds and joint Local Government Bonds.

In 2006, an amount of 5,739 billion Japanese yen was planned for public market offering Local Government Bonds by a total of 38 groups (consisting of 23 prefectures and 15 government-designated cities). By the end of January 2007, joint Local Government Bonds worth 1,102 billion yen had been issued according to plan. For 10-year and 5-year bonds (apart from joint Local Government Bonds), some partial diversion from the planned issue occurred, following changes in the format for negotiation on terms and conditions, but in general, issue has continued according to plan for most months.
